M3RP (Material, Recycling and Resource Recovery Plant), is a robust machine that can handle several different feedstock’s. The technology is a conversion/transformation system that is known as pyrolysis and depolymerization, which processes carbon based feedstocks (such as roofing shingles) in an oxygen free environment. The process is based on time and temperature in an oven and as the material decomposes, vapors are formed and condensed to gas and oil. During this process, fixed carbon is also produced.
CR’s innovative licensed technology is both robust and versatile enough to be able to refine crude oil via a proprietary catalyst array in a reactor that provides for a highly efficient, closed loop, non-polluting, enhanced distillation process. The system’s footprint is small compared to conventional refining technology as the reactor units are self-contained and skid mounted with no towers or columns. CR’s system is purposefully modular in design and flexible in its applications in order to create cost-effective solutions in the industry. The CR system combines several known-refining technologies in a unique and innovative way. A hydrocarbon gas is spardge through the crude oil and the combined vapor/gas mix is exposed to a series of catalytic metals simultaneously. The changed vapors are then cooled back into liquid state and the liquid and residuals are removed from the reactor for sale as processed products.
